Trade Discount Schedule

The following discounts apply to bona fide trade accounts only. Discounts on assorted orders are based on cumulative quantities.

5-14 books	40%
15-24 books	42%
25-49 books	43%

Terms and Conditions

Net 30 days. Overdue invoices will incur service charges.
All international accounts must remit in US Dollars. Contact us by phone or email if you wish to pay by credit card or PayPal.
FOB Centennial, Colorado.
We ship via USPS, FedEx Ground, or UPS, unless instructed otherwise.
Shipping will be added to your order unless you provide your FedEx or UPS shipping account number.
Claims for short shipments or damaged or defective products must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.

Return Policy

Advance return permission is not required.
Returned products must be in resalable condition.
Returned products must have been purchased from us directly within the previous six months.
Our invoice number and date must accompany the return to qualify for full credit.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
All freight for returns must be prepaid.
