Alice in Zombieland

Age Level: All Ages
Cast: 9F, 3M, 10 F or M, plus extras as desired
Time: About 90 minutes, 2 acts

Alice, now a teen, returns to the woods where she entered Wonderland as a girl. Her friend Dina tells her it was just a dream when the White Rabbit appears, saying, “We’re late!” They’re all off to Wonderland where they meet the Mad Hatter, March Hare and Door Mouse at teatime. But the tea is served by zombies! Everyone in Wonderland, including the Cook and the Queen, are turning into zombies. To stop it, Alice and Dina follow some zombies into the Forbidden Forest where the Wicked Witch of Oz is casting her spells. She’s turned most of the inhabitants of Wonderland into zombie workers at her “Spells-R-Us” shop. To stop her, Alice and Dina cleverly manage to cast a spell on the witch herself. Wonderland is restored to its former craziness just in time for tea. Lots of roles for zombies with hilarious stage action. Great fun for young performers.
