Anne Robinson was born in Molteno, South Africa, in 1948. Her father was a medical doctor, and her mother came from a farming community. She grew up in the Free State and completed her schooling in East London, where she presently resides and from where she works. She completed a diploma in fine arts in Durban. She also attended art college in St. Ives Cornwall, England.
Joyce Pike and Anne met when Eric, Joyce’s husband, was resident pastor at St. Alban’s Church, where Anne was a member. It was during this period that Anne started making banners, encouraged and influenced by the Pikes.
She believes that God has given her a special talent, and she loves nothing more than using it to his praise and glory. She marvels at the way God has used her. It gives her great joy to be part of the banner-making ministry.
