Delton T. Horn is a professional freelance writer with over forty nonfiction books published. He is also a playwright, director, actor and comedian. He has appeared in over seventy amateur plays and has worked semi-professionally as a stand-up comedian.
Mr. Horn’s performance specialty is sketch comedy. He has participated in several comedy troupes, often using improvisational material. Two groups which he founded and led were No One In Particular and Spontaneous Intentions. In 1986 he had his own weekly half-hour comedy show on radio in Columbia, Missouri, for six months. This program, which was aired live, was called “Without a Net.” This was followed by thirty episodes of a five-minute comedy serial called “Narrowed Horizons.”
Among his current projects is a one-man show consisting of comic and dramatic monologs about romantic relationships.
Delton T. Horn also composes music as a hobby. Other interests include science, metaphysics, comparative religions and old films. He steadfastly refuses to reveal what the “T” stands for.
